Louise grew up in Dundas, obtained her Masters in Biomedical Science from Guelph and enjoyed her first career in the world of horses, before attending law school at Osgoode Hall in Toronto. After articling at a Burlington law firm, Louise was called to the Ontario Bar in 2017, becoming a partner at the firm in July 2018.

Louise is excited to now operate her own practice, as of May 2020, and looks forward to working with clients directly, as we work to tailor solutions to each person’s needs.

When not lawyering, Louise enjoys spending time outside and adventuring.

April grew up in Caledonia. She obtained an Honours Bachelor degree in Classics and Philosophy from McMaster University before attending University of Toronto for her law degree, graduating in 2005. April articled at a Burlington law firm before being called to the bar in 2006. She continued to work at that same firm until leaving in September 2021 to form Waterfall & Hubert LLP with Louise.

April has called Burlington home since 2005, but wants to have travelled to each continent by 2025 (barring pandemic interference).

She is a diehard Packers fan who since the 2014 season has seen the team play against every other team, and is close to having seen Aaron Rodgers play against every team (broken collarbones and pandemics have interfered with her progress).

When not actively lawyering, April is likely to be found reading, re-watching a show, or listening to a podcast about someone else re-watching a show.
